Returns & Refunds
Within Qatar: A full refund may be requested if the order is cancelled before tailoring or alteration begins. Ready-to-wear items with a confirmed defect or incorrect item are eligible for a full refund.
Outside Qatar: A full refund is provided when an item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

Ready-to-Wear Size Exchange
Unused ready-to-wear items may be reviewed for a size exchange, subject to availability.

Customized Items
Once tailoring, alteration, color changes, or other customization has started, the item cannot be cancelled or returned unless it is defective or incorrect.

Contact customer service with your order number and clear photos. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
