All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange products under any circumstances, including unused or unwashed items with the original tags attached.
Return & Refund:
No refunds are available on any purchases (in-store, online, or at events) unless the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly fulfilled, and only with team approval.
Exception:
Orders within Qatar can be canceled and refunded only if the cancellation occurs before the tailoring process begins.
